Jedi and Sith Throughout the history of the Star Wars Universe, there have been countless Jedi and Sith who have fought in the cosmic conflict of light and darkness. The well known STAR WARS movies have only scratched the surface of the saga of the "chosen one," Anakin Skywalker. There were plenty of Jedi that were active at that time period that have been just as influential as the classic characters; Mace Windu, Yoda, Obiwan Kenobi, Luke Skywalker, Han Solo, R2D2, Jabba the Hut, etc. Below are Jedi and Sith of numerous time periods that have left their mark on the STAR WARS universe. Post war jedi/sith are force users who were active either during or shortly after the Galactic Civil War, when Darth Sidious ruled the galaxy as an Emperor. Pre War jedi/sith are those who were active before the start of the Clone Wars, which I'm sure aren't widely known.
