Solution

Jim had a tough time matching each archeologist with the artifact that they donated to the museum, but he did manage to do it in time to mail out the letters. Here is what he found:

Dr. Rhea Hooper of Oxford donated the Eye of Horus.

Dr. Barry Witherspoon of Harvard donated the Dragon Heart of Bejing.

Professor William Lansing of the University of Chicago donated the Jewel of Quetzlcoatl.

Professor Lillian Moore of USC donated the Golden Lion of Nairobi.

and

Dr. Jonathan White of UCLA donated Blackbeard's lost treasure.
