Cut out rabbit footprints from construction paper and place them on the walkway leading to the party.

Of course, you HAVE to have a Mad Tea Party! For those that don't care for tea, try hot chocolate. For the number of 'lumps' use marshmallows.

DON'T THROW AWAY THE PARTY DECORATIONS! - Save money and do something your guests will LOVE! GIVE AWAY your party decorations! Use Wonderland posters (see below for inexpensive resources) to hang around your party area. Allow the winners of different games to choose which poster they'll get to walk away with at the conclusion to the party! Combine decorations with party prizes!

Create a Tulgey Wood in your backyard or other outdoor area by making signs of all kinds and placing them in haphazard ways throughout the area. Some suggestions are "Not this way" (with an arrow pointing two different directions), "Wrong Way", "Go Back", "You're Lost", etc.

Print a bunch of copies of the Cheshire Cat (in color preferably for this one) and hide them throughout the party area. Beforehand, though, write a different number (or character from the story, depending on how many you plan on hiding.) Allow your guests the opportunity to search for them during the party as either a casual activity or structured game. At the end of the party, have a raffle for a prize using either the numbers or the characters that you wrote on the cat images. In this way, even those who only found one cat will still have a chance to win the prize.

If you are able to, dig a small rabbit hole at the entrance to your party and post a sign with an arrow pointing down into the hole saying "To Wonderland"

Borrow a few DVD players and TVs and play a few different versions of Alice in Wonderland at different places in your party area. The volume doesn't need to be turned up on them - they make great decoration as the scenes change!
