Make
a target range for webslingers. You can set up small targets,
like empty drink bottles or dinner boxes (think macaroni and
cheese) on a table - preferably OUTSIDE. Give players a can
of silly string as their webbing and see if they can knock
down the targets. Similarly, you could tape a picture of the
villain to the cans or boxes and see if they can "hit"
the target and capture the bad guy in their web.
DON'T
THROW AWAY THE PARTY DECORATIONS! - Save money and do something
your guests will LOVE! GIVE AWAY your party decorations! Use
Spiderman posters (see below for inexpensive resources) to
hang around your party area. Allow the winners of different
games to choose which poster they'll get to walk away with
at the conclusion to the party! Combine decorations with party
prizes!
Create
a web obstacle course in your party location. Take a skein
of yarn and tie the end of it to a special item or location
- maybe where you want the guest of honor to open gifts…or
perhaps it's where the gift bags are hidden. Then unwind the
skein of yarn and run it around the room, stringing it around
under and through various pieces of furniture. The guests
must take the final end of the yarn and wind it back up, following
the yarn around the entire room area to get to the secret
location. They'll have a great time crawling under chairs
and tables, behind laundry baskets, and so forth as they follow
the string exactly!
